When you register for the masterclass we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional) and country code
• Your consent selections and the timestamp they were given

We may also automatically collect device, browser, IP address, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies (including Meta Pixel) to measure and improve our marketing.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Masterclass registration and service delivery: to process your registration, provide access information, send emails relating to the masterclass, respond to requests, and deliver any products or services you purchase.
• SMS event communications (only where you specifically opt in): to send registration confirmations by text, event reminders, access updates, live-event notifications, and other messages directly related to the Skill to Sales Masterclass.
• Promotional marketing (only where you opt in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law): to send promotional emails and SMS regarding training, programs, launches, content, and special offers.
• Analytics and advertising: to measure website performance, understand how visitors interact with the Site, attribute conversions, and improve our advertising.

Our SMS program is operated by TAY AI Technologies LLC (doing business as Go Digital With Tay). We only text you if you actively tick an SMS consent checkbox on our forms. The checkboxes are never pre-selected, and SMS consent is not a condition of registering for the masterclass or of any purchase. If you provide a phone number without ticking an SMS consent box, we do not add that number to our messaging platform.

We offer two separate, independent consents:

• Event reminders and updates about the Skill to Sales Masterclass — approximately 2–5 messages per event.
• Promotional messages about new training, launches, and special offers — message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing. Information may only be shared with service providers strictly as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
