All purchases, masterclasses, and digital products presented under the Go Digital With Tay and Skill to Sales™ brands are sold and fulfilled by TAY AI Technologies LLC. Charges may appear on your statement under either the brand or the legal entity name.

• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes required in your jurisdiction.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Placing an order authorises the charge shown at checkout, including any optional upgrade you select.
• Discount codes and promotional pricing are valid only for the stated window and cannot be applied retroactively.

Digital products (replays, workbooks, VIP portal access, bonuses) are delivered by email to the address you provide, normally immediately after payment clears. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact us and we will resend it.

Because our digital products and paid digital access are generally delivered immediately, sales are final once access has been provided, except where a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

• If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received access, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct it.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in access being revoked.

• Live sessions are delivered via Zoom at the scheduled date and time; your access link is sent by email.
• Seats may be capacity-limited. Arriving late or missing the session does not entitle you to a refund of any paid upgrade.
• We may reschedule, modify, or cancel an event. If we cancel outright, registrants are notified by email and paid upgrades are honoured at the rescheduled event or refunded.
• Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing event content is not permitted.

Program: Go Digital With Tay masterclass and marketing alerts, operated by TAY AI Technologies LLC.

Consent: we send text messages only to people who actively tick an SMS consent checkbox on our forms. Checkboxes are never pre-selected. SMS consent is not a condition of registration or purchase, and providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. There are two separate consents you can give independently:

• Event reminders and updates about the Skill to Sales Masterclass — approximately 2–5 messages per event.
• Promotional messages about new training, launches, and special offers — message frequency varies.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address below.

Carriers: supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: no mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and the owner or authorised user of the mobile number you submit.

By registering for a masterclass or purchasing a product, you agree to receive service-related emails that are necessary to provide what you requested. These may include registration confirmations, access details, Zoom links, event reminders, purchase confirmations, delivery emails, and important updates relating to the product or event.

Promotional or marketing emails about other offers, programs, launches, or content are sent only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect service-related communications that are necessary to provide a product, purchase, or event you have requested.

All masterclasses, replays, workbooks, templates, downloads, course materials, portal content, videos, written materials, graphics, frameworks, and other educational resources provided by TAY AI Technologies LLC are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, your purchase or registration grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own individual educational and business use.

You may not:

• Share, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reproduce, or republish our materials
• Share login details or portal access with another person
• Upload purchased materials to shared drives, groups, communities, or other platforms
• Record or redistribute paid or restricted sessions
• Copy or adapt our materials for resale or commercial distribution
• Represent our proprietary materials as your own

Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us.

Income figures, testimonials, and student results are not typical and are not a guarantee or promise of your results. Our products are educational. You are solely responsible for your own actions and outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAY AI Technologies LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our website, masterclasses, digital products, educational resources, or services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from a particular product, purchase, or service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that specific product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.

If you are a consumer located in another jurisdiction, nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or state of residence.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
