Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register or purchase. By using the Services you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so you can receive your Zoom link, replay, and other event communications.

The free live masterclass is delivered via Zoom on the scheduled date and time. Access is granted to live attendees only. We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the masterclass; if we cancel, registered attendees will be notified by email.

• Pricing for paid products is shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and is processed securely by our payment partner (e.g. Stripe).
• Access to digital products is delivered by email after payment clears.
• All sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials. You may not resell, redistribute, or share login credentials.

All masterclass content, workbooks, frameworks (including the "TAYS Method™"), branding, graphics, and copy are owned by Taysluxe Academy and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Disrupt the live event or harass other attendees
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute masterclass content without permission
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to access the Services using automated means or bypass security

Income examples and student results referenced on this Site are personal results and are not typical. We make no guarantees that you will earn any specific amount or any income at all. Your results depend on your effort, execution, market, skill, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

We use third-party services (Zoom, Stripe, ConvertKit, Meta, Google, etc.) to deliver the Services. Their use of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taysluxe Academy and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taysluxe Academy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Taysluxe Academy is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

SMS messaging: our text messaging program is operated by TAY AI Technologies LLC. We send SMS only to people who actively tick an SMS consent checkbox — the boxes are never pre-selected, and consent is not a condition of registration or purchase. Event reminders run approximately 2–5 messages per event; promotional message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
